events: don't snap the window to the default size on a 0-sized configure xdg_surface.configure can legally carry a 0-sized pending dimension ("you choose") on any configure, not just the first one. Falling back to the hardcoded default in that case snapped an already-configured window back to 800x600 instead of keeping its current size.
