vt: treat bidi isolates (U+2066..2069) as zero-width so links printed inside them are detected cleanly fj auth login prints its URL as U+2068 https://... U+2069. Both marks took a cell, which shifted the detected link by one column and left U+2069 inside the opened uri. The whole U+2060..206F format block is now zero-width.
