feat: ship a .desktop entry, so term can be set as the XDG default terminal
Nothing in the package output made term visible to xdg-terminal-exec,
file-manager "open terminal here" integrations, or home-manager's own
xdg.mimeApps.defaultApplications."TerminalEmulator" -- only $TERMINAL/
hardcoded keybinds could launch it. nix/term.desktop (Categories includes
TerminalEmulator) is now installed to $out/share/applications.
