Mirrors the existing Ctrl+click "bypass the app" pattern: holding Shift
while click-dragging now always uses the terminal's own text selection,
even when the running program (tmux, vim, etc.) has enabled mouse
reporting, instead of forwarding the drag as a mouse report.
